For more than 20 years, I’ve helped my clients with career counseling, job search and interview coaching.

I earned my M.A. in Career Development at JFK University in 1999 and have worked in various public One-Stope career centers. Then turned to sales for 10 years, including jobs at Siemens Enterprise Networks, finding buyers and sellers for an automotive aftermarket M&A firm, and at NELSON Staffing in Petaluma. At the beginning of COVID, I started working part-time for Lee Hecht Harrison as a career consultant, where most of my clients are in Silicon Valley, Seattle and SoCal, which gives me great insight into the current job market.

My clients come from lots of different fields, industries, levels and life stages: executives, directors and managers, program / project managers, software programmers, operations, administrative and executive assistants, engineers, career and industry changers, people looking to move from for-profit to non-profit and vice versa, etc.

Especially for interview coaching, practicing with a professional can make the difference between landing the job - or not. I provide suggestions for formulating powerful answers to interview questions, provide honest feedback  about delivery and offer general and behavioral interviewing questions practice until my clients feel comfortable and confident. This significantly increases the probability of getting job offers.

My family lives in Petaluma, CA (in wine country, an hour north of San Francisco). I conduct my sessions via Zoom. Happy to meet in person for the first session.
